Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and USPS service selected. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pure Tierra Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 

Shipping Address

Damaged Orders

We carefully package our products for shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include your order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping package so we can review the issue.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check the delivery area and contact USPS regarding the shipment.
